We die because all our information is sorted in our DNA. When cells divide they copy the DNA but eventually mistakes will get made and copied over and over again so that by the time we get old our original good DNA is degraded. this usually causes a malfunction in something- some people die of diseases, some die in accidents and some die peacefully in their sleep when they are old. Also some cells can not replicate like neurons and they eventually wear out. The heart is a muscle that has to beat our entire lifetime- eventually like any muscle it will get tired and stop- but that usually takes a very long time!
Death is part of life and although it’s a sad thought that we die we must so we can make room for all the new people and let them have all the fun we did!

It is due to a process called – AGEING, the process of growing old.

AND THIS PROCESS EFFECTS ALL MOST ALL THE ORGAN IN OUR BODY like SKIN, BONES, HEART etc finally leading to death at one point of time.

For example, the Anatomical Effects of Aging includes,
Bones are deceptive: From the outside, they appear hard and stagnant. But bones are bustling with activity. Their tough exterior conceals a vast network of blood vessels that transport nutrients to, and wastes away from, working bone cells. Bones are constantly being remodeled; they are in a continuous cycle of destruction and renewal until the day you die.
The problem is, as time passes you lose more bone than you make. As a result, bones thin and become increasingly susceptible to fracture. As this process accelerates after age 50, osteoporosis becomes more common.
