      There are many different types of headaches and they can have many different causes.
      Headaches can be caused by stress, not getting enough sleep, depression, dehydration and as a side effect of certain drugs.

      Usually a swelling caused by trauma like a bump to the head. Anxiety and stress can cause headaches due to your muscles all being tight
      Being dehydrated can give you a headache and an ice cream headache is caused by the nerves in your face getting really cold and tricking the brain into thinking there’s pain

      The most common cause of headaches is prolonged tension or stress.

      Other causes include:

      any sort of tension,
      Psychological factors such as anxiety, fatigue (e.g., eyestrain), and stress (e.g., long periods of concentration) &
      mechanical factors such as neck strain (e.g., working on a computer for prolonged periods)
