      Hi,
. I have started with MRI as it has a high resolution, but low sensitivity. This is normally a problem when looking at tumours or when looking at the loss of neural cells, so I decided to look at my contrast in terms of MRI first. I will later be looking at it in terms of X-ray based techniques like CT, as it was designed to work in both.
MRI is one of the most useful non-invasive imaging techniques when looking at soft tissue like the brain. Later I may have to compare this to histology, which requires cutting the brain.
