I wouldn’t really say any of them are useless! There are about 20 which can only be created in the lab or could be found naturally but are radioactive and break up very quickly (for example Francium). However, even these elements can be helpful in studying things like radiation, but they aren’t useful for much else.

I am not sure. Different elements are good for different things, and many of the elements are useful in imaging the body. But i think in the case of the body at this moment of time, i would say an element like caesium, as it is so reactive it can’t really be used.
