Any type of exercise is good for your body. I think a study has shown that the sport that gives your whole body the best workout is squash. Other good sports for keeping your body healthy are swimming, boxing and cycling.
Any activity is very good for you- I personally run- it apparently burns more calories compare to other sports for the same duration and gives your heart a good work out (plus i enjoy it!)
i agree with Catherine- squash and swimming are also very good
I have heard that swimming is very good for your body as you use so many muscles and doesn’t impact much on your joints. I used to play a lot of squash and this was very tiring!
