• Question: what happens to your body if you don't eat any fibre?

      Well fibre is good for our bowels, it is not really digested but keeps them healthy but moving through and helping move the other foods through. It’s also know to reduce cholesterol.
      Not eating any fibre kinda means your not giving your bowels a good clean. If this goes on for long periods of time you bowels wouldn’t be kept healthy and you may get constipation. Long term constipation could lead to tearing when going to the loo. So eat your all bran!! 🙂

      Fiber is a very important part of our diet. Without fiber you would have difficulty with the end part of digestion, you could become constipated. A lack of fiber can also cause you to put on more weight, increase your chance of diabetes and heart disease.
