• Question: What colour dye shows up the best on an organ ?

      Good question!
      I use an H and E stain- it’s the standard stain that’s been around for probably 100 years. It stains the nucleus purple and the cytoplasm pink- it’s very pretty and allows us to really see the architecture of the organ. There are lots of other stains though all different colours.
