• Question: Is there a possibility males could become pregnant?

      Not in humans no- males do not have the correct hormones or organs for this. However, in seahorses it’s the makes that carry the young. The female inserts her eggs and the males carry and “give birth” to them so it can happen!!

      Male humans do not have any of the right organs or produce the right kind of chemicals in the body that would be needed to carry a baby. So they could not naturally become pregnant. But as @Adelle says there are a number of animals where it is the male of the species that carries the baby!

      Males do not have the right body parts to become preganant, not to mention they do not have the hormones to maintain a child within them.
