      Thanks, that’s an excellent question.
      Heart diseases can affect people of all ages, but it does become more common as people age. There are several things that you can do to try and reduce your risk of developing heart diseases. The healthier you and your lifestyle is the healthier your heart will be. The best things you can do are to eat healthy foods, do lots of exercise and don’t smoke!
