      it depends if you have a high blood pressure or if you are over weight theaverage heart size is a fist. if you are over weight or obese your heart sizewill be two fist

      the heart is a muscle- so the healthier you are and more fit you keep then the larger you heart would be in a healthy way (the cells increase in size called hypertrophy) as its workload enjoys pumping more blood around the body.
      Hearts get bigger as we age due to stretching or increased workload due to weight.
