Maybe- but unlikely- the trouble is when something is considered unusual to our body we attack it- it’s part of our immune system. So even if we know it’s for good we can’t control our immune system not to attack it- so often our body would reject the organ.
Organs can get rejected when it’s a person to person transplant so an ape would probably be too risky. We may be able to fool our bodies for a while with medication but eventually it wouldn’t work
