      There are several organs that we can live without. For example the appendix has no known function in humans today and we can live perfectly well without it. We can also live without a spleen but this can cause immune problems so people who have their spleen removed usually have to take medications for the rest of their lives.

      You can live without appendix, tonsils, spleen, thyroid, gallbladder to name a few.
      I would pick appendix or tonsils as they don’t really do much…..
