Most animals have similar organ systems ie brain, heart, forms of lungs etc. It dosnt really matter how big or small they are- their organs will just fit in the size they have! Mammals like us and chimps and whales and bats all have pretty much the same organs- they just might be a different shape or size and work slightly differently. But ultimately all animals need forms of organs to survive, otherwise they couldn’t live.
Ants and other insects have organs which perform similar functions to the organs found in mammals, but the organs themselves function in different ways to those of mammals. For example mammals have a heart to pump blood around the body whereas ants have a muscular vein to pump blood around their body instead. Some organs are also completely absent, for example, insects do not have a liver or lungs.
Insects are indeed very small, but they do have many organs similar to humans. They have a digestive, circulatory system, respiratory system, muscular system, endocrine, nervous and reproductive system. However these often work differently to ours. For example, blood doesn’t travel through blood vessels but sits all around the other organs. Insects do not have lungs but have sacs and tubes to store and pump air.
Insects do vary in the organs they have, firstly they do have a pump like our hear but it is not the same as our heart. They have brains, but the structures within in vary in size relative to the rest of the brain compared to us. They are quite small so they don’t have lungs, but holes within their bodies to let air in.
