There are many pain receptors in the human body, they are called nociceptors. They are found in almost all parts of the body, but not in the brain (we cannot feel pain in the brain).

The cornea in the eye is thought to be the most sensitive part of the body to pain. The most sensitive parts of the body to touch is thought to be the fingertips and lips. This is because these areas have a high concentration of touch receptors.

      Hi
There are many pain receptors in the body. I don’t know an exact number, but that is because it varies in everyone. The eye has the most pain receptors, mainly in the cornea. However there are barely any pain receptors in the back of the eyes, in the retina. The brain has the least, but then again the brain is surrounded by other parts of the body with pain receptors like the scalp and face.
