Question: Does having a job in the field of science affect your life in any way? E.g the way you look at things?

Umm, yes I think so. I think I am more logical when things happen. It affects the way I believe things for example some people do not agree with the concept of evolution but as a scientist you kind of have to!
It allows me to be more calmer and be a good person to get advise from when friends have relatives with diseases. People instantly think when someone has cancer they are going to die but that’s not always the case. I can advise them and as I’m a friend they feel more comfort than a doctor telling them ..
We all just average people though- we still like to go out, have fun, holiday, cry etc!
