As a scientist, like everything else you have your good days and bad days. However, I personally love being a scientist. Researching for me feels like I am exploring worlds people have yet to visit, it is like solving an amazing mystery. There are moments I am in a lab and feel like a made scientist, especially when I am growing brain cells. 😛

Yes! I love my job, every day is different and it helps to enjoy the company of the people you work with! We have fun listening to the radio whilst we work and there’s a good team spirit!

Yes! I wouldn’t want to do anything else. I love my job and when you are doing something you love it doesn’t really feel like ‘work’. I think it is important to choose a career you are passionate about otherwise your work life could get very boring.

Yes I really love being a scientist. There can be bad points as well as the good, but overall I really enjoy my work. If you work full time as a researcher you definitely have to be interested in what you are doing, you can end up spending a lot of your time on your work, even when you are at home!
