Most people can only catch chicken pox once.
I think there may have been a few cases where people have caught it twice but this is extremely rare.

not really- once you have survived a disease or illness your bodies immune system will remember that illness- so if you get it again your body will kill it before you get ill.

If you have chicken pox your body fights the virus and it becomes dormant and doesn’t cause you any infection again. However, in a very small number of people the virus can activate again and give you a similar condition called shingles. This gives painful rashes for 1-2 weeks. There are drugs to reduce the pain and then singles can heal after about 4 weeks.

There are cases recorded who were affected by chicken pox more than once, but it is very rare.
