In almost all countries it is illegal to buy and sell human organs. However, there is a worldwide shortage of human organs for transplantation and this drives illegal organ trading.

The only country where it is actually legal to trade human organs is Iran, for example, Iranians can sell their kidneys and result is that in Iran there is no waiting list for kidney transplantation. There are other countries around the world that have also attempted to legalize organ trading.

It is not something which should happen, however, it does in many places. The main problem being there is a high demand for organs, and if you needed it you would not really be in a position to turn away the organ.
Obviously you can be an organ donar, which is a totally different thing all together.

Absolutely not, it’s considered illegal. However, unfortunately it does happen and it’s not very nice.
I think in some countries you can donate your blood for a fee, but this is not an organ.

You cannot legally sell organs in the UK but you can donate them. However, you can sell some tissues such as eggs and sperm.
