      Yes, most organs are the same in men and women. The main different is in the reproductive organs.

      Yes mostly.
      Men have testicles, penis, prostate, epididymis whereas females have overies, uterus, vaginas.
      These organs produce different hormones that make us different. Eg testosterone in men makes them hairier, stronger and have deeper voices than women etc
