This depends upon what you are donating, for example if you donate blood then you would only get a small mark on your arm which would quickly heal and fade. Other procedures such as bone marrow transplant and Kidney transplant can leave bigger scars.

If you are donating more major organs after you have died then the doctors would work very carefully to remove your organs and sew up and dress the wounds afterwards so that you could be burried/cremated still looking okay.

Depends what you are donating, normally organs like the kidneys will not effect your overall body shape, as your skeleton is what provides the shape, and that is not easily changed. Normally there are scars, but in many cases these are small and heal. If you donate something larger it will have more of a lasting effect.

It depends where- if it’s internal than it shouldn’t do- as mentioned you may see small scares where they’ve had to put the organ in. If it’s external, like a face transplant then yes, you would look different. But overall, apart from the incisions to get into your body, you’d still be the same you 🙂

Mostly it will not; but some times grafting of skin will change the appearance of the body
