• Question: Why don't women have moustaches/beards like men do? I know there's a bearded lady but it's not a common thing.

      its beacuse of our hormones- men grow beards as they have lots of testosterone. women have oeastrogen so we dont tend to grow beards. but sometimes women can produce excess testosterone which is why there was a bearded lady!!

      Testosterone is what causes men to grow beards. Women usually have much lower levels of testosterone and so they don’t grow beards. Some women due to other medical conditions can have higher levels of testosterone causing them to have facial hair, but it is quite rare.
