      Yes I do get paid for doing my research. It is quite a good salary compared to other jobs.

      Yes, I get a yearly salary for working on my research. It is pretty good wage, but you often have to work very long hours and come in at the weekends

      No i am not; since teaching, research and administration are integral parts and responsibilities of my job

      Yes, being a researcher is a job and is paid.

      Yes, as this is my full time job I get paid for it. But if you’re talking about if someone finds a cure or a discovery- then I don’t think you get like a bonus or anything. You simply get paid a wage and if you find something then you get the acknowledgment.
